Abstract

The publication date refers to the date of collection. A male Leach's storm petrel (Hydrobates leucorhous) collected by Mrs. Tom Stewert on Anna Maria Island. It is a small seabird with almost entirely black plumage and a white rump. The photo was taken by Wes Biggs.
