Abstract

The publication date refers to the date of collection. A female Iceland gull (Larus glaucoides) collected by Frank Ligas in Fort Lauderdale. It is a medium-sized gull with pale gray plumage and a white head and neck. The photo was taken by Wes Biggs in October 1981.
