The Swann Cigars Factory building was constructed in 1885 as the R. Monne and Brothers Cigar Factory. From 1926 to 1961, the Swann family hired the factor to produce cigars under their name. The building was purchased by the Oliva family in 1951 and has since been converted into apartments.
