Back of photograph signed by "Nena" to Dr. Julio Gavilla. Dr. Julio L. Gavilla's Children's Clinic was located at 1425 1/2 7th Ave., in Ybor City. It was also inconsistently referenced to be at the same location, but with the name "East Broadway Avenue." As of 2025, Broadway Avenue changes to E. 7th Avenue after 42nd Street.
