Abstract
Robert and Helen Richards discuss the history of Florida's fishing industry and the changes they have seen over the years. They discuss their book, The Seabreeze by the Bay Cookbook, and what inspired them to write it. They also discuss the health of Florida's waterways and how the fishing industry has been affected by pollution and over-fishing. The interview ends with a discussion of the history of the Richards' fleet of trawlers and the current (2006) condition of Florida's waters.
