Abstract
An interview with Joe Davis, Jr., who at the time of the interview was a manager of citrus properties in four counties: Highlands, Hardee, Polk, and De Soto. The interview focuses on the Citrus Tariff Oversight Committee (CTOC); its formation, activities, and strategy. Davis discusses the CTOC position on tariffs, box taxes, imported orange juice, various law suits, environmental issues, and his vision on the future of the Florida citrus industry.
