Comments
The author, a graduate student at USF St. Petersburg at the time, served as the assistant building manager of the St. Petersburg Woman's Club (SPWC) on Snell Isle. The author also worked as a graduate archives assistant at the Poynter Library. After gaining the organization's permission to examine archival records, the author wrote this history of the SPWC and delivered it as a commemorative address during the centennial celebration of the state organization.
