Abstract
While learning portfolio includes collections of artifacts selected by the preservice teacher to reflect on their own learning, assessment portfolio is focused on the artifacts that are related to program standards, and employment portfolio designed by preservice teachers to represent the “collection of best works” to be used in the hiring process. This paper discusses how an educator created and improved an online high-end portfolio development tool that helps educators creating and publishing online portfolios to be organized for all three different types of portfolios (learning, assessment and employment).
