Abstract

Death certificate for Robert Tate. According to the St. Petersburg Times on May 7, 1919, page 8, Tate (thought by the paper to be named Bob Williams) was struck and killed by the engine of a No. 710 Seaboard train while reportedly asleep on the track.

Cause: Fractured skull, hit by train
