Emily Holbrook interviews Maya Burke about her work with the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). Burke recounts growing up in Pinellas County and how it changed in the late 1980s and 1990s. Burke speaks on her time at the Southwest Florida Management District, the Tampa Bay Estuary Program, and the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council and her work on water conservation.
