Joe Guidry speaks with Jan Platt of the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). In the interview, Platt recalls her early life in Florida, along with her family life that inspired her love for boating and fishing. Platt recounts her entrance into politics, and the various projects that would soon shape the Conservation of Recreational Lands Program. Platt concludes the interview expressing pleasant approval of how ELAPP has succeeded.
