Abstract
Joe Guidry speaks with Brandt Henningsen about his work on water management and the Surface Water Improvement and Management Act of 1987 (SWIM Act). Henningsen talks about how those involved in the SWIM Act got involved with the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). Henningsen also speaks about stormwater runoff management, and other environmental protection projects across the Tampa Bay region.
