Abstract
Andrew Fairbanks interviews Joe Guidy about his involvement in the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). Guidry speaks about growing up in Tampa and his job as a journalist for the Tampa Times and the Tampa Tribune. He spoke of ELAPP's work with the Tampa Electric Company (TECO) and all the legislation that helped protect the Florida environment.
