Abstract
Joe Guidry speaks with Robert Heath Jr. of the Environmental Lands Acquisition and Protection Program (ELAPP). In the interview, Heath recalls his early life traveling the country, and his time working for state parks. Heath recounts his entrance into the bond program of the Florida parks department, and his involvement the various projects that would soon shape the Conservation of Recreational Lands Program. Heath describes his position and responsibilities in the ELAPP project, and names many of the projects he deems most noteworthy or important.
