Abstract
As adult educators see significant changes occur in the minds and lives of adult learners, a series of questions are raised regarding the contribution institutions and individuals have in that process. This paper addresses these questions in regard to one particular type of change, perspective transformation, among adult learners in different higher education institutions. Comparisons among the institutions and teachers provide insight into this experience of support and change.
