Abstract

Davis addresses availability of drugs on college campuses, as well as use patterns of college students. He discusses substance abuse treatment programs as a positive alternative provided by mental health practitioners. He also suggests a couple of ideas for implementation: we should revamp the current program on health education and return to teaching basic values. Delivered on 11 October 1986 at the Belleview Biltmore Hotel in Belleair.
