Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
Two bulldozers are working on a sandy beach near the water's edge, with several people standing nearby observing the activity. The beach shows tire tracks and piles of sand being moved by the machinery. There is water along the right side of the image leading toward land in the distance with buildings along the shore.
