Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A sandy beach with a few people walking along the shoreline, buildings visible in the distance across the water. The sand shows tire tracks and scattered debris near the water's edge.
