Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.

A black object and a small yellow box silt on a silver tray which lies on the ground near a deep drag mark and footprints in the sand. The area appears to have been disturbed, with visible tracks and small debris.
