Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A white and black measuring tool floats among green vegetation in murky water, with fish visible beneath the surface. The scene appears to be a wetland or mangrove area.
