Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A sandy beach with patches of oil spillage near the water's edge, with buildings and palm trees in the background. The shoreline shows a mix of clean sand and dark, oily areas.
