Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A sandy beach with scattered debris and a small white and black measuring tool partially buried. The area appears to have seaweed and various small objects strewn about.
