Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A yellow construction vehicle on a sandy beach near the ocean, two men standing on either side dressed in white, with debris and a cordoned-off area visible. The sky is overcast, and there are scattered objects around the scene.
