Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A beach scene with a wooden pole with a blue cloth laid on top planted upright in the sand near the water's edge, and several people walking along the shore in the distance. The sand shows patches of oily liquid, and buildings are visible across the water.
