Abstract

Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.

Alt Text

A sandy beach with a few people walking and some beach material on the shore, backed by white buildings under a clear sky. Palm trees line the edge of the beach near the water.
