Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A shoreline with clear water, a rocky breakwater, and palm trees in the background. There is a wooden path to the water's edge and many people on the shore. Several vehicles are parked near the beach area.
