Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A beach with palm trees and a rocky breakwater extending into the ocean under a cloudy sky. The water appears calm with gentle waves near the shore.
