Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A body of discolored water with waves gently lapping against a rocky shore, and multi-story buildings in the background under a cloudy sky. Palm trees are visible near the buildings.
