Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A white vehicle drives along a sandy beach near a body of water, with buildings and palm trees visible in the distance. The sand shows tire tracks and some scattered debris. There is a line of oily liquid along the water's edge.
