Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A sandy beach with tire tracks running parallel to the shoreline, leading towards buildings and trees in the distance under a cloudy sky. The ocean waves gently lap against the shore on the left side of the image. There are several people can be seen in the distance walking along the beach.
