Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A yellow paddle stands vertically in shallow water, with tangled tree roots and branches in the background. The scene appears to be a dense, natural environment near a body of water possibly at night due to the lighting.
