Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A sandy beach with a few people walking along the shoreline, palm trees in the background and calm ocean waters. The sky appears partly cloudy with some birds flying overhead. In the far off distance to the left are buildings along the shore.
