Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A rocky shoreline covered in lines of dark liquid with waves gently crashing against it, under a clear sky. The water appears deep and expansive beyond the shore.
