Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A sandy beach with waves gently lapping at the shore covered in piles of sand, featuring a shovel and a long rod lying on the sand. In the distance, buildings are visible along the coastline under a clear sky.
