Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A beach with dark oily liquid washed up along the shoreline, people walking near the water's edge. The ocean and distant buildings are visible in the background.
