A radio broadcast from Governor LeRoy Collins on race relations. The speech, given March 20, 1960, to Station WFGA in Jacksonville, spoke about the sit-ins at the lunch counter of Woolworth's in Greensboro, North Carolina and how they spread to Tallahassee.
