Abstract

Letter from Vincente Guerra, President, and Fermin Sante, Secretary of the Centro Español in Tampa, to the President of the Centro Asturiano of Havana, Cuba, seeking the valuable cooperation of the Centro Asturiano of Havana in supporting a movement of unity among Spanish communities in Tampa. The letter emphasizes the importance of consolidating all regional elements into a single national institution to avoid counterproductive results and to better govern the vital interests of the Spanish colony in the region. The letter expresses gratitude for the anticipated cooperation and aims to strengthen the social relationship between the two sister institutions for the well-being of their members.
