Abstract

Letter addressed to Don Vicente Guerra, President del Centro Español de Tampa from Juan Suarez, President of the Spanish Consulate in Havana, Cuba. Suarez regrets that they cannot agree to the proposed reciprocal rights between the Centro Español and the Asturiano de la Habana due to legal and moral constraints. Additionally, they explain that they are unable to commit to a formal medical service due to limited resources and ongoing construction. Despite this, they express their continued sympathy and affection for the Centro Español, promising to extend respectful considerations to its members and provide necessary assistance within regulatory limits.
