Abstract

Commissioned by the Tampa Bay Builders Association and conducted by the Center for Economic Development Research at USF, this addendum compares residential land use densities from CEDR's July 2005 report with data from the Hillsborough County Planning Commission. It re-categorizes the results to align with the Planning Commission’s classifications and finds differences in projected residential build-out percentages and units per acre, highlighting areas where further analysis is needed to reconcile discrepancies.
