Abstract
The Plains Depot site served as campaign headquarters for Jimmy Carter who served as the 39th President of the United States (1977 to 1981). The tour showcases the architecture and historic context of the site in downtown Plains, Georgia. Interpretives from the National Park Service also provide context for the story of this significant site.
