A dome-shaped structure made out of stone blocks sitting in a grassy area and surrounded by a barbed chain-link fence. A single door is visible at the base of the structure, which is standing open and surrounded by a white archway. A metal staircase is seen at the back of the building which leads up to its top. Vegetation has sprouted all around the top of the dome between its stones.
