A large, concrete and metal structure sitting atop an empty, paved lot. It is rectangular in shape and has four "legs" at each of its corners and empty space between them, creating the appearance of archways. A large, circular section is cut out of the roof, and a red scissor lift can be seen to the left of the structure. The lift appears to be at full extension yet is only just above the top of the structure, emphasizing its height and overall size.
