Alt Text
A worn, white building consisting of multiple structures of multiple shapes situated on a paved lot next to a small field of green grass and a few trees. A circular, tank-like structure is seen on the left side of the building next to a single-storied, rectangular part with a flat, slanted roof. Behind these two structures is a significantly larger part of the building, which consists of two stories and has an external stairway leading from the ground up to its flat roof.
