Abstract

Nate Najar and The Studio@620 invite you to attend a birthday party for a living legend, Mr. John Lamb! John is a virtuoso performer bassist who performed with the Duke Ellington Orchestra for more than ten years and has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for his career as a musician and educator. Come jazz it up with John as he celebrates 80 swingin' years! The evening will include performances by: Kenny Drew Jr., Nate Najar Trio, La Lucha, and Ray Biscoglia. An open jam session will be held following the scheduled performances, local musicians are invited to participate! The fun begins at 7:30 PM, admission is free and open to the public.
