Abstract

Come join us each month for a mix of power/slow flow, breathing and meditation. Live music by Ted Fletcher who bends his strings while we bend our bodies! You'll be physically challenged while keeping an emphasis on making choices and staying present in your body and mind. We often begin with a few moments of breathing to still our mind and ready the body, and we always end with a short meditation. This class is a group of friendly yogis of all levels, you will get a nice mixture of relaxation, breathwork, and energizing movement while having fun.
