Abstract

Come experience Midtown and Beyond through the eyes of Journeys in Journalism scholars in grades K-12. The three-school magnet and career academy track immerses students in multimedia journalism, equipping them with life skills that serve them no matter what their future career and college paths. Journalism training is more important now than ever, producing not only trustworthy news professionals but also discerning news consumers.
