Abstract

"World's Greatest Kiting" is an inaugural, collaborative international kite art exhibition and celebration. The front gallery will feature a variety of unique and handmade kites from around the world, ranging giant structures to delicate forms that fit in your hand, wind propelled and indoor kites. The Ellis Gallery will feature "Concrete Kite," a small exhibit of conceptual kites created by local artists. The Studio will host accompanying educational presentations, demonstrations, and workshops from internationally recognized kite enthusiasts, innovator, sportsmen, as well as a night of Kite inspired performances from local artists and writers.
