Abstract

The Studio@620 presents emerging artist Yhali Ilan, an exhibition of contemporary paintings and illustrations. If an alien spaceship dropped off their finest artist and sent him to study and document the behavior of mankind, down the hatch would come Yhali Ilan, sketchboard in hand. Like a planetary explorer on a mission, Yhali sets out to make contact with the human species, and translate his findings into multifaceted artwork that is inviting and expressive.
