Abstract

“Uncovered: Power of the Being” explores the journey to empowerment. Directed and choreographed by Alex Jones, this dance-theatre work tells the stories of five individuals as they venture from a place of powerlessness to find a source of their own personal power. This interactive dance theatre work will integrate film, photography, original artwork, and digital media to completely immerse the performance space physically, audibly, and visually. The evening will also include a special new work, “I Still Feel”, dedicated to Project GenYes! mentor Sharon Scott. Come and join the story circle October 10th, 11th, and 12th at the Studio@620 and uncover your own Power.
