Abstract

The Northern Bobwhite is a small non-migratory upland game bird that can be found in the eastern two-thirds of the United States, except for North Dakota and Montana and most of the New England states. They are also in Mexico, the northern Caribbean islands, and a small, isolated population in the eastern portion of the Pacific Northwest.
